All Inclusive 50+ Package
Making Aliyah can be overwhelming and stressful. Olim Advisors offers a package specifically designed to help Olim with their Aliyah process, helping to make it as smooth as possible. Your dedicated Aliyah Advisor will be available to you during our business hours via email, WhatsApp and calls. The package applies to all children 17 years and younger at the time of Aliyah.
Duration of service:
Service begins the day you sign up and ends 12 months after your Aliyah date.
Planning a Pilot Trip
- Initial Consultation: A 1-hour video conference call to understand your family’s goals and needs.
- Car Rental: Introduction to a rental car broker who will provide a price quote based on your requirements.
- Community and School Research: We will collaborate with you to create a list of communities and schools that align with your family’s needs. This includes research for up to 3 communities and 10 schools per family.
- Appointment Scheduling: We will arrange appointments for you in each community with Olim coordinators, education coordinators, school faculty, and local realtors. We will also introduce you to locals/Olim living in the different communities so you can get a better sense of each place.
- Excursions Planning: We will suggest 2 fun day trips tailored to your family’s interests.
- Itinerary Creation: We will send a detailed itinerary outlining all scheduled meetings.
- Pre-Pilot Trip Checklist: We will send a checklist to help you prepare for your trip.
Planning your Aliyah Experience
- Initial Consultation: A 1-hour conference call to understand your family’s goals and current situation.
- Pre-Aliyah Checklist: A detailed checklist of tasks to complete before Aliyah.
- Shipping Guide: A comprehensive guide explaining the shipping process and a list of recommended companies.
- Choosing a Community: We will provide feedback on potential communities, introduce you to residents, coordinators, and realtors. This includes up to 3 communities. Additional communities will incur an extra fee.
- Finding a Home (Renting or Buying): We will connect you with a real estate broker and lawyer to assist in finding a suitable home.
- Choosing Schools: We will assist in registering your children for school, including scheduling calls with school counselors, principals, or teachers to map out a plan. We will also introduce you to the “book project,” if applicable. This includes up to 10 schools per family. Additional schools will incur an extra fee.
- Post Aliyah Game Plan: We will provide you with a list of what needs to be done after Aliyah.
- Internet Setup: We will Introduce you to a reliable English-speaking company for internet, cell phone, cable and landline services.
- Utility Transfers: We will help switch utilities into your name and set up automatic payments.
- Arnona: We will assist with transferring the Arnona to your name and applying for the Olim discount. Olim Advisors is responsible for applying for the discount the first time only.
- Healthcare: We will help you choose the best healthcare provider for your needs and accompany you to obtain health care cards for the entire family.
- Doctor appointments: We will help schedule your first doctor appointments (up to 2 appointments per person – this does not include medical research about a specific medical condition – ask about our healthcare package if needed).
- Misrad Hapnim (Ministry of Interior): We will specify which documents you need to bring, schedule and accompany you to your appointment to process your temporary TZ (if applicable), Biometric TZ and an Israeli Teudat Maavar in one appointment.
- Israeli Bank Account: We will specify which documents you need to bring, schedule an appointment and accompany you to open an Israeli bank account.
- Misrad Haklita (Ministry of Absorption): We will specify which documents you need to bring, schedule the appointment to set up your Sal Klita payments and Ulpan vouchers and accompany you to the meeting.
- Israeli Driver’s License: We will guide you through the process of converting your driver’s license, specify which documents you need to bring, schedule the appointment for you and accompany you to the appointment.
- Online portals: We will help set up online accounts and have a zoom session to familiarize you with the banking and healthcare apps (i.e. how to reach your banker, how to request a doctor referral).
- Ulpan: We will provide information on different Ulpan options and assist you in selecting the most suitable one.
- Government Apps: We will explain how to use government apps, including opening your personal space and navigating necessary procedures.
- Rav Kav & Senior ID: We will help you obtain your Rav Kav (for public transportation) and apply for a senior citizen card, if relevant.
Additional Support:
- Olim Advisors will help you download your bank app and explain how to do basic functions like transferring money, setting up automatic payments, etc.
- Olim Advisors will help to fill out the Tofes Yarok (dmv application) in order to get your driver’s license converted.
- Olim Advisors will help fill out any forms that are presented at the different appointments listed above.
- Olim Advisors will be available during business hours by email or phone Sunday – Thursday. If there is an emergency, let us know and we will guide you to get the assistance you need.
- Olim Advisors will send you an explanation of Bituach Leumi (National Insurance Institute), but we do not go to any related appointment or deal with Bituach Leumi for our clients (unless they have purchased our Special Needs Package).
- Olim Advisors will help with one off requests such as helping to find a tutor, explaining how to pay a speeding ticket, explaining the Israeli car market when looking to buy a car, and an Olim Advisor’s rep can be added to one or 2 phone calls when needed to translate (This in no way means that the personal advisor becomes the client’s personal secretary).
