Meir joined the Olim Advisors team in 2022 and he is thankful for the opportunity to play a small part in Olim’s path, knowing from experience it’s not an easy process for anyone.
Meir and his wife and kids made Aliyah in 2020 from Mexico to Raanana where he enjoys meeting a wide variety of people from different cultures and nationalities. Meir and his family have settled in nicely and love to call Israel “Home”.

With a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, she combines practical expertise with a personal, hands on approach to supporting clients before, during, and after Aliyah.
Over the past decade, Lara has helped thousands of individuals and families navigate Israeli bureaucracy, find the right community, and purchase a home in Israel. She is passionate about making the Aliyah process as smooth as possible and considers it a privilege to help people build their future in Israel.

Rafi Shulman is the Co-Founder of Olim Advisors, which he founded with his sister, Lara Itzhaki, in 2016. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of making Aliyah and rewards of building a life in Israel, he is passionate about helping others turn their dream of Aliyah into reality.
Rafi is dedicated to inspiring, encouraging, and guiding individuals and families as they navigate the journey of relocating to Israel or purchasing a home. Through years of experience, he has helped thousands of people move forward with confidence by providing trusted guidance, practical insights, and unwavering support.
Rafi regularly shares his knowledge through articles, webinars, social media, and community events. His mission is to empower people not only to successfully navigate the process of moving to Israel or buying property, but to build meaningful lives and lasting connections in the Jewish homeland.
