Founders
For many, emigrating to Israel or buying a home in Israel is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. But then reality sets in and people realize that the process is much more complicated than they originally expected because of foreign language, local laws, and the bureaucratic hoops that one has to jump through. This is where Olim Advisors comes in to personally guide people through the process and ensure that their clients’ rights and interests are protected.
We’ve been there, done that. Olim Advisors was founded in 2016 by sister and brother team Lara Itzhaki and Rafi Shulman after realizing firsthand how challenging making Aliyah and buying a home in Israel can be. Olim Advisors is here to see that your Aliyah experience and finding a home are as smooth and as stress-free as possible.
Not only do we guide you through every step of planning your Aliyah, but we also help you find and purchase a home in Israel. We have the experience, knowledge, senior contacts at government agencies and relationships with professionals who can address all real estate needs.

Yes. We often help returning olim or those who struggled during a previous attempt.
Very personal. We work with a limited number of clients to ensure attention and continuity.
Each client has a dedicated personal advisor they can contact on a daily basis. We accompany our clients to their first government and bank appointments, providing guidance, translation, and advocacy every step of the way. We handle the paperwork on their behalf and make sure they receive all the documents they are entitled to.
We don’t replace lawyers or accountants, but we coordinate with trusted professionals and help you understand when and why you need them.
This is when our clients rely on us the most. We assist with the first five essential bureaucracy appointments, including government offices and banks. Depending on the package selected, we remain actively involved for up to 12 months after Aliyah, providing tens of hours of personalized support.
