Lara Itzhaki brings nearly 10 years experience in helping individuals and families from around the world to emigrate to Israel for spiritual and professional purposes. Lara is highly professional and proactive offering personalized, Aliyah guidance, including providing on ground support and expert advice.

Meir recently joined the Olim Advisors team and he is thankful for the opportunity to play a small part in Olim’s path, knowing from experience it’s not an easy process for anyone.
Meir and his wife and kids made Aliyah in 2020 from Mexico to Raanana where he enjoys meeting a wide variety of people from different cultures and nationalities.  Meir and his family have settled in nicely and love to call Israel “Home”.

Proud and grateful to call Israel her home, Raquel has a strong passion for helping guide and advise others through their Aliyah adventure. With a background in Logistics and a love for working with others, she joined the Olim Advisors team in 2023 as our Jerusalem based advisor. Her dream is for all Olim to feel comfortable in Israel, and to help them navigate the inevitable ups and downs in the process, with professionalism and a smile.

Having always dreamed of living in Israel and gotten the chance to make it happen for herself, Sara has a passion to help others actualize their Aliyah dreams. Sara and her family made Aliyah from the UK in 2017. Sara enjoys using her love of helping others to help people navigate the Aliyah journey and its obstacles, making it as smooth a journey as possible!

Elana, a trained Social Worker and a recent addition to the Olim Advisors team, has an authentic passion for helping others in all areas of life, especially in navigating the challenges of making Aliyah. For all those who dream to make Israel their home, Elana understands that the process of Aliyah can be overwhelming for many, especially due to the many variables and logistics. And yet, she also believes that with the right support, it can be much more manageable and hopefully set one up for a successful Aliyah.

Naomi was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and made Aliyah with her family in August 2021, thanks to help from Olim Advisors. She successfully convinced her parents and her two older sisters to make Aliyah with their families as well and now they all live in Ramat Bet Shemesh. Naomi has always been passionate about Israel and she is excited to help others fulfill their dream of making Aliyah.
